ABOUT GSVRF

Support that starts with understanding.

GSVRF — Global Scammed Victims Relief Fund — is a proposed victim-support initiative focused on people who have experienced financial loss through scams and fraudulent schemes.

Our proposed approach combines careful documentation, transparent assessment, recovery education and, where funding permits and lawful criteria are met, needs-based relief support.

Being scammed can leave people feeling isolated and overwhelmed. The first step should be a clear, respectful place to understand what happens next.

  • The applicant can describe the scam and approximate loss.

  • The applicant cooperates with reasonable verification checks.
  • The request falls within available funding and lawful scope.

Fees & transparency

Application processing fee: $75

Where a $75 application processing fee is applicable, it is disclosed before payment and is separate from any funding decision.

What the fee covers

The stated fee is intended to cover administrative work such as application intake, document review, verification-related handling, record keeping and applicant communications.

What it does not mean

Payment of the $75 fee does not mean an application is approved, guaranteed to receive funds, or entitled to a particular grant amount.

Before you pay

Applicants should review the fee, eligibility requirements, refund terms and any applicable conditions before making a payment. No payment should be presented as a guarantee of funding.

Important: The fee should only be charged where it is genuinely applicable, lawful, and clearly disclosed. GSVRF does not represent payment of this fee as a guarantee of approval or disbursement.
Payment Security

Verify payment instructions before you pay

Where a fee is applicable, payment instructions are provided through our official communication channels.

Official payment instructions

Applicants should make payments only using payment instructions communicated through the organization's official email and/or official website.

Protect yourself

Do not send money to personal bank accounts, individual wallets, or payment details received from unofficial contacts. If anything looks unusual, verify it before paying.

No approval guarantee

Payment of an applicable $75 processing fee does not guarantee approval, selection, or receipt of funding.

Important: Keep your payment receipt and application reference for your records. The organization should only describe a payment channel as a “verified payment gateway” when that gateway has actually been verified and is controlled by the organization.
Applications & Support

Apply or request assistance

For application guidance, questions, or help with an application, use our official communication email:

Applicants should use this email address for application-related communication and should be cautious of payment instructions or requests received from unofficial contacts.

Fee & Refund Policy

Administrative fee and applicant protection

Where a $75 administrative/application processing fee is specifically required, the fee supports administrative handling such as application processing, document review, record keeping, verification-related work, and applicant communications.

Payment does not guarantee approval

Paying the administrative fee does not guarantee approval, selection, or disbursement of funding. Applications are assessed separately and remain subject to the applicable eligibility and review requirements.

If an application is not approved

Where the $75 administrative fee was required for the application, applicants whose applications are not approved will be eligible for a refund of the administrative fee only. This refund does not represent a grant award or compensation for any other expenses incurred by the applicant.

Why we provide this protection

We do not intend for applicants to lose the administrative fee simply because their application was unsuccessful. The refund policy is intended to provide greater transparency and reduce the financial risk associated with applying.

Important: Keep your payment receipt and application reference. Refunds should be requested or processed through the official communication channel: gsvrfglobal@gmail.com. Do not send payment or refund details to unofficial contacts.
Payment Verification & Applicant Protection

Use only the official support email for payment verification

For the protection of applicants, all payment-related verification, documentation requests, and refund enquiries must be handled through the official support email:

gsvrfglobal@gmail.com

Verify before making a payment

Before making any payment, applicants should verify the payment instructions and any payment-related documentation exclusively through gsvrfglobal@gmail.com.

Do not pay unofficial contacts

Applicants should not make payments to any person claiming to represent the organization through an unofficial channel, including individuals describing themselves as staff, agents, representatives, or coordinators.

Payment instructions received outside the official support email should be treated as unverified until independently confirmed through the official support address.

Keep proof of payment

Applicants should retain a clear screenshot, receipt, transaction reference, or other documentary proof of every required payment. This documentation may be required to verify the payment and process an eligible administrative-fee refund where an application is not approved.

Payment does not guarantee approval

Payment of a required administrative fee does not guarantee approval, selection, or disbursement. Where the applicable $75 administrative fee was required and the application is not approved, the administrative fee is refundable in accordance with the stated refund policy.

Important security notice: Never rely solely on a name, job title, profile, phone number, social-media account, messaging account, or other communication channel to authenticate a payment request. If payment information or supporting documentation is needed, verify it directly with gsvrfglobal@gmail.com before sending funds.
